Warehouse facilities opened in Chile and Uruguay to service South American markets.
T-Tape Africa Pty Ltd. established with Sales Office near Johannesburg, RSA.
-T-Systems North America is organized as a separate business unit to better serve the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
-T-Systems Australia Pty. Ltd. is formally certified as a "Quality Endorsed Company" to the international standard ISO 9001:2000.
-T-Systems International, Inc celebrates the 25th Anniversary on July 27th, 2002.
President & CEO Mark Huntley joined the Irrigation Association Board of Directors.

New Global Organization Structure

- Announcing a new Global Organizational Structure including the acquisition of Crop Tech P/L, Australia.  Crop Tech, an innovative agronomic technology services company will become part of T-Systems Australia.  This addition will support T-Systems International’s new corporate structure and strategy, which focuses on providing, integrated agronomic services for agricultural efficiencies in the worldwide drip irrigation market.  This global structure is highlighted by manufacturing facilities in the U.S., France, and Australia; sustained by a global Sales, Marketing, and Technical Development Team in San Diego, California.
