The T-Tape supply tube carries water to the emitters, which regulate the flow and pressure and provide uniform delivery of water, as well as, nutrients to the soil. The emitter is composed of a group of inlets, a flow track and a slit outlet.

• The water enters the emitter through the inlets, a series of openings that act as filters.
• Next, the water flows through T-Tape’s turbulent flow regulating channel, which creates a more uniform water distribution and keeps particles in suspension.
• The water exits the emitter through the slit outlet. The slit outlet opens when pressurized and automatically closes when the system is shut off. This prevents foreign objects from entering the outlet.
